The firm advises clients on corporate commercial transactions, investment structuring, taxation, pre and post-investment compliances, intellectual property matters, and regulatory support including regular financial and legal advisory on operational matters.

Details of the Job/Internship

Sarvaank Associates, a boutique advisory firm, is looking for qualified lawyers to join their Private Equity Transaction and General Corporate & Commercial practice in Bengaluru.

Eligibility

• A minimum of 1 year and maximum of 2 years PQE in private equity transactions and general corporate and commercial advisory.
• They encourage applications only if; (i) the candidate has a strong understanding of the commercial contracts, shareholders Agreement, share subscription agreement, has conducted due- diligence and has a hands-on knowledge of laws such as Companies Act and FEMA regulations; (ii) has a zeal for working with the start-up ecosystem; and (iii) has an excellent drafting as well as communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
