Details of the Job/Internship

Sarvaank Associates is hiring an Associate with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in private equity transactions and corporate-commercial advisory to join their Bengaluru office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial contracts, shareholder and subscription agreements.
• Conduct legal due diligence.
• Advise on Companies Act and FEMA regulations.
• Provide general corporate and commercial legal support.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of PQE in private equity and corporate law.
• Strong understanding of contracts, due diligence, Companies Act, FEMA.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Prior law firm experience is mandatory.
• Preference for candidates currently based in Bengaluru.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
