Details of the Job/Internship

Sarvaank Associates is hiring an Associate with experience of 1–3 years to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review investment documents such as SHA, SSA, SPA, and term sheets.
• Advise on private equity and venture capital investments, fund matters, and M&A transactions.
• Conduct legal research across corporate, regulatory, and data privacy laws.
• Assist in due diligence, transaction structuring, and compliance.
• Interact directly with founders, funds, and family offices.

Eligibility

• LL.B. (LL.M. or specialization in corporate law is a plus).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in corporate, PE/VC, and M&A work.
• Strong knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA, and SEBI regulations.
• Prior law firm experience is mandatory.
• Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
