Details of the Job/Internship

Sarvaank Associates is hiring an Associate – Corporate Law with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate investment documents, shareholder agreements, and commercial contracts.
• Conduct legal research on corporate, regulatory, and data privacy frameworks.
• Assist with private equity, venture capital investments, and M&A transactions.
• Support legal due diligence, transaction structuring, and regulatory compliance.
• Handle client communications under supervision and meet transaction timelines.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognised law school.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory law firm experience.
• Working knowledge of the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and corporate laws.
• Experience in drafting transaction documents and assisting in due diligence.

Salary/Stipend
