SB Legal is hiring an Associate with 2–3 years of experience to join their office in Kodambakkam, Chennai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct real property due diligence and title verification.
• Examine and analyze property documents and ownership records.
• Prepare detailed title reports and due diligence summaries.
• Coordinate with clients, sub-registrar offices, and relevant authorities for document verification.

Eligibility

• LL.B from a recognized university.
• 2–3 years of experience in property due diligence or title verification.
• Strong understanding of real estate and property laws.
• Good drafting and analytical skills.
