Details of the Job/Internship
SBA Chambers is hiring an Associate (Litigation & Corporate) with 2–4 years of experience to be stationed full-time at a client location in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end litigation matters across courts and tribunals.
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, agreements, and advisory notes.
- Represent clients in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
- Provide legal opinions and corporate advisory services.
- Conduct thorough legal research on case law and statutes.
- Liaise with clients, counsels, and stakeholders.
Eligibility
- LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized university.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience working with a law firm.
- Prior exposure to litigation before the Supreme Court, High Courts, district courts, and tribunals is desirable.
- Experience in arbitration, mediation, and corporate matters is preferred.
- Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in any of the firm's branches.
