Seraphic Advisors is hiring an Associate (Corporate Advisory & Tech Focus) with 0–2 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct independent legal research.
• Support corporate advisory assignments across varied sectors.
• Work on matters related to technology, AI, and emerging digital regulations.
• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives

Eligibility

• 0–2 years PQE in Corporate Advisory.
• Must have published at least two research papers.
• Strong interest in technology, AI, and digital regulations.

Salary/Stipend
