Details of the Job/Internship

Shakya & Co. Legal is hiring a Legal Associate for a full-time, on-site role in Vadodara.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts.
• Provide legal advisory services for corporate and commercial matters.
• Assist with compliance requirements and regulatory matters.
• Conduct legal research and support risk assessments.
• Support dispute resolution processes.
• Conduct client consultations and prepare legal opinions.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of legal services.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in corporate and commercial law and contract drafting.
• Strong research and analytical skills for regulatory and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of compliance and employment law.
• Effective client communication and legal advisory skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Membership with a state or national Bar Association is preferred.
• Prior work experience in a legal firm or corporate legal department is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
