Ashwin Shanbhag is an Indian lawyer called onto to the Indian Bar in the year 2016. Being a dispute resolution lawyer, Ashwin's key areas of practice include commercial litigation, commercial arbitration, corporate insolvency and general civil disputes. Over the period of last 5 years, Ashwin has been part of teams that have advised on complex legal disputes for clients in varying sectors. Ashwin is presently the co-founding partner of S&S Associates, a dispute resolution firm based out to Chennai, India.

Details of the Job/Internship

Shanbhag and Sella Associates is hiring for Senior Associate (3 years PQE) and Associate (0-2 years PQE) positions in Chennai. Freshers are welcome to apply. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Areas of practice include Corporate and commercial litigation and civil litigation.
• Practice in High court, district courts, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, Debts Recovery Tribunal, and Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal to name a few.
