Role and Responsibilities
- The Associate will beresponsible for assisting on conducting due diligences, preparing first drafts of transactionvdocuments, conducting legal research, drafting commerical contracts, analyzing legal issues, and providing support to senior attorneys.
Eligibility
- Minimum of two years of work experience in a law firm assisting on Venture Capital and Private Equity transactions.
