Shekhawat Law is a boutique law firm in South Delhi specializing in Intellectual Property (IP) Rights and Technology Law. The firm provides end-to-end IP services, including patent drafting, prosecution, and advisory for clients across various technology sectors.
Details of the Job/Internship
Shekhawat Law is hiring a full-time Patent Associate to assist with patent drafting, IP prosecution, client meetings, and IP office or court proceedings as required.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review patent applications and related IP documents.
- Assist with IPR prosecution and filing processes.
- Attend client meetings and provide legal assistance.
- Support IP office and court proceedings when required.
- Conduct research on patents and technology law matters.
Eligibility
- Engineering/Science degree (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Software, Physics) from a reputed university.
- 1 year PQE as a Patent Analyst, Patent Attorney, or Patent Engineer.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indian IP laws and patent registration processes.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Optional Qualifications:
- Patent Agent Exam qualified.
- Bachelor of Laws/LL.B/Advocate/LLM.
- Knowledge of international IP laws.
- Experience in technology law.
