Details of the Job/Internship

Shrawat & Co. is looking to onboard one Associate to join their legal team in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and detailed case law analysis.
• Draft various legal documents including petitions, applications, replies, and written submissions.
• Prepare comprehensive case compilations and assist in developing strategies for legal matters.
• Provide legal opinions and support on matters involving the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and Cantonment laws.
• Handle society-related legal issues and general litigation support tasks.
• Manage office-based coordination required for ongoing legal cases.

Eligibility

• Must be a Law Graduate; freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Possession of strong research and drafting abilities.
• A demonstrated interest in litigation and commercial legal practice.
• Ability to work from the firm's office located in Vasant Kunj.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
