Details of the Job/Internship
Shrawat & Co. is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 0–2 years to join their office in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research on matters related to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and civil litigation.
- Draft various legal documents, including petitions, applications, written submissions, and legal notices.
- Assist senior advocates in preparing for court hearings and insolvency proceedings.
- Manage case files and track ongoing litigation deadlines to ensure timely filings.
- Support the firm's practice by staying updated on the latest judicial precedents and regulatory changes in insolvency law.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to gather necessary documentation for case preparation.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- 0–2 years of experience in litigation or insolvency law (Freshers are explicitly encouraged to apply).
- Strong research and drafting skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness and ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced litigation environment.
