Details of the Job/Internship
Singh Law Chambers LLP is hiring Associates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in court practice and litigation to join their office in New Delhi. The role involves legal drafting, research, court appearances, and handling both trial and High Court matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive legal research.
- Draft legal documents for Trial Courts and High Courts.
- Attend court proceedings.
- Prepare court documents.
- Assist and undertake court filings in Trial and High Courts.
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients.
- Perform other responsibilities as required.
Eligibility
- Law graduate.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in court practice and litigation, particularly in Trial Courts and High Courts.
- Proficient in legal research using databases such as Manupatra, SCC, Webster, and Jstor.
- Experience in handling corporate matters.
- Willingness to travel for outstation matters.
- Proficient in English and Hindi.
- Punctual, focused, and committed to the profession.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
