Details of the Job/Internship

Singhania & Partners LLP is hiring an Associate/Senior Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its Land Acquisition and Arbitration practice in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle land acquisition and arbitration matters.
• Represent clients before District Courts, Quasi-Judicial Authorities, High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India.
• Draft Statements of Claim, Statements of Defence, evidence, counter affidavits, and Special Leave Petitions.
• Assist in litigation strategy and case preparation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients on case developments.

Eligibility

• 3-year or 5-year law degree from a reputed law school.
• 3–5 years of experience in land acquisition and arbitration matters.
• Strong drafting skills in English and Hindi.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in land acquisition cases is preferred.
• Strong Hindi drafting skills are an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend
