Sinha & Company, Advocates is hiring an Associate with a strong interest in Consumer Litigation to join their office in Kolkata.

Role and Responsibilities

• Independently manage consumer disputes with a clear understanding of relevant laws.
• Effectively engage with clients and counsel.

Eligibility

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in consumer cases (civil litigation experience will be an added advantage).
• Strong drafting skills and proven experience representing consumer matters before the Court.
• Immediate availability to join the team in Kolkata is essential.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
