Details of the Job/Internship
Sivana Law is hiring for the position of Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review pleadings, writs, suits, and other legal documents.
- Appear before High Courts, Tribunals, and other judicial authorities.
- Assist in formulating legal strategies and preparing case briefs.
- Conduct in-depth legal research on case laws, statutes, and regulatory changes.
- Coordinate with clients and senior counsels on ongoing litigation matters.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university with enrollment in a State Bar Council.
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, preferably with exposure to tax and/or commercial matters.
- Strong legal drafting, research, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
