SKAY Partners is hiring an  Associate with 2+ years of experience to join their office in Chennai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents and opinions.
• Handle matters related to litigation and arbitration.
• Provide advisory support on business law issues.
• Represent clients before legal forums and participate in negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the legal team and interact with clients.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) from a recognised institution.
• Enrolment with the Bar Council is mandatory.
• Post-qualification experience of 2+ years.
• Proficiency in legal research, writing, and drafting.
• Experience handling litigation, arbitration, and statutory matters.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and business law advisory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior law firm or corporate experience is preferred.
• Candidates based in Mumbai will be preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
