Details of the Job/Internship

SKS Advisor is hiring for the position of Associate with 2-3 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Engaging with domestic and international stakeholders.
• Applying legal judgment in a business-first context.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Managing your work independently and efficiently.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in commercial contracts and negotiation.
• The ability to understand commercial goals and legal risks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in a law firm or in-house legal team, especially in fast-paced environments, is a definite plus.

Salary/Stipend
