SMJ Legal is hiring for the position of Associate to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage a wide range of legal documents.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and case law analysis.
- Appear in court proceedings and assist in litigation strategy.
- Liaise with clients, providing timely updates and legal counsel.
- Collaborate with internal teams and manage deadlines effectively.
- Utilize legal tech tools for document and workflow management.
Eligibility
- LLB degree from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience in a law firm environment preferred.
- Strong legal drafting and research skills.
- Confident with court procedures and litigation practices.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using legal software tools.
