Details of the Job/Internship
Solomon & Co., Advocates & Solicitors is hiring an Associate with experience of 3–6 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and represent clients in various litigation and dispute resolution matters.
- Conduct extensive legal research and prepare detailed case strategies.
- Draft pleadings, writ petitions, and other legal documentation for court proceedings.
- Coordinate with senior advocates and partners for high-stakes hearings.
- Ensure all procedural requirements and court deadlines are strictly met.
- Author articles or legal updates to contribute to the firm’s thought leadership.
- Maintain professional client relationships through clear communication and advisory.
Eligibility
- Law Graduate with a valid Bar Council enrolment certificate.
- PQE: 3–6 years specifically in Litigation & Dispute Resolution.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to author legal articles or research papers.
- High standards of professional integrity and commitment to excellence.
