Details of the Job/Internship
Solomon & Co. is hiring an Associate with 2–3 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution to join their Mumbai office. The role involves legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and providing legal advice, along with liaising with clients and collaborating with senior associates and partners on complex matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research.
- Draft legal documents.
- Represent clients in court.
- Provide legal advice.
- Liaise with clients and manage case files.
- Collaborate with senior associates and partners on complex legal matters.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Ability to provide sound legal advice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client management and interpersonal skills.
- Work experience at local jurisdictions is a plus.
