Details of the Job/Internship

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate at SPCM & ASSOCIATES.

Role and Responsibilities

The Associate will engage in day-to-day tasks related to legal, taxation, and advisory services to support commercial, industrial, and financial clients. Responsibilities include assisting in financial transactions, legal research, drafting documents, and liaising with clients and regulatory authorities.

Eligibility

• Chartered Accountant or semi qualified with 0-3 years od experience in legal, taxation, audit or advisory services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of corporate law and financial transactions.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
