Details of the Job/Internship

Srivastava Law Offices is hiring an Associate with 6 months to 2 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

• Joining Requirement: Selected candidates must be available to join immediately or within a reasonable notice period. 
• Timings: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM (Saturday Work from Home) 

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Assisting in corporate compliance and regulatory matters.
• Conducting legal research and drafting opinions.
• Advising on company law, employment law, and data protection.
• Assisting in due diligence and corporate transactions.

Eligibility

Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply. 

Salary/Stipend

₹25,000 – ₹30,000/-
