SRK Legal is hiring an Associate to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Associate will be responsible for assisting in various legal matters including Criminal cases, Civil Suits, Arbitrations, and Negotiations.
- The role may also involve work related to the National Company Law Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal, and other legal areas as per the firm's requirements.
Eligibility
- Knowledge of Criminal Law, Civil Law, and Arbitration procedures.
- Experience in handling legal cases and negotiations.
- Understanding of National Company Law Tribunal and Debt Recovery Tribunal processes.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Law degree from a recognized institution.
- Bar Council registration and license to practice law.
