Details of the Job/Internship
SS Legal is hiring an Associate with 6 months to 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their Jaipur office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent the firm and its clients in matters related to corporate and commercial laws.
- Draft, review, and finalize a variety of commercial contracts, legal notices, and pleadings.
- Conduct exhaustive legal research on emerging corporate regulations and judicial precedents.
- Provide sound legal advice to clients on commercial transactions and regulatory compliance.
- Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with the senior team to develop litigation and advisory strategies.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and statutory authorities.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) and enrolled as a practicing advocate.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Proven experience in corporate and commercial law practice.
- Strong drafting and professional communication skills.
- High level of enthusiasm for legal research and a disciplined work ethic.
