Details of the Job/Internship

Sui Generis Legal is hiring 2-3 full-time Lawyers with experience of 0-2 years to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive Title Search Reports for large land parcels across India.
• Draft and vet banking, mortgage, and loan-related legal documentation.
• Conduct detailed due diligence and analysis of revenue and title documents.
• Ensure legal compliance in real estate and project finance transactions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain high standards of drafting.

Eligibility

• Law graduate (LL.B.) with 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Expertise in preparing title search reports for significant land holdings.
• Proficiency in drafting banking and mortgage-related documentation.
• Strong understanding of Indian revenue and title documents.
• Excellent communication and legal drafting skills.
