Details of the Job/Internship
Svarniti Law Offices is hiring an Associate to join their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and prepare case documents.
- Draft pleadings, submissions, and other dispute-resolution documents.
- Assist in developing litigation and arbitration strategies.
- Support legal representation and advocacy in proceedings.
- Manage client interactions and maintain structured case files.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to creative dispute-resolution solutions.
Eligibility
- LL.B./LL.M. from a Bar Council–recognized institution.
- Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and dispute-resolution documentation.
- Strong understanding of commercial laws and public policy frameworks.
- Effective communication and advocacy abilities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Prior experience in dispute resolution or arbitration is preferred.
