Details of the Job/Internship
SVAS Business Advisors LLP is hiring an Associate – Regulatory Services with experience of 0–5 years to join their office in Noida. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Associate will be responsible for company law compliances and advisory work, including data analysis, legal and regulatory research, preparation of reports, and support on client engagements. The role requires close collaboration with team members, timely delivery of projects, and effective management of client relationships through professional communication and service.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle company law compliances and regulatory advisory matters.
- Analyse data and conduct legal and regulatory research.
- Prepare reports and documentation for client engagements.
- Support ongoing projects and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with internal team members to deliver effective solutions.
- Maintain and manage client relationships through professional and responsive engagement.
Eligibility
- Qualified Company Secretary with 0 to 5 years of experience.
- Law degree is an added advantage.
- Ability to research, document, and present findings effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in business advisory, consulting, or financial analysis is a plus.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
