T and S Law is hiring Associates with an interest in capital market regulations to join their office in Delhi/Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence and related tasks in capital market transactions.
• Demonstrate strong skills in attentive reading, comprehension, retention, and application of SEBI regulations and the Companies Act.
• Adhere to time-bound deliverables and meticulous filing standards.
• Work on-site in Noida with immediate availability.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Junior Associate/Associate in capital markets (SME or Mainboard).

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
