Details of the Job/Internship

Tattvam Avisors is hiring candidate (CA/LLB) for Associate position in our GST (Litigation & Advisory) Division at TATTVAM Advisors.

Eligibility

• Be a CA or LLB and have experience working in Law or Consulting firms (Tier-2/3 firms).
• Have strong communication skills.
• Good command over MS-Office (Word and PowerPoint).
• Have in-depth knowledge of indirect tax law and be very strong in the interpretation of bare law/statutes - Being involved in drafting and finalization of legal replies / SCNs and appeals to be filed under the GST law and other Indirect tax legislations (Customs, Excise, Sales Tax, Service Tax).
• Have strong interpersonal skills – The candidate must have handled representation proceedings before various Indirect tax/GST Dept. authorities.
• Have a positive working attitude and be comfortable with traveling to Client locations and Tax offices.

Salary/Stipend
