Details of the Job/Internship
Tattvam Advisors is hiring a candidate (CA/LLB) for the position of Associate position in their GST (Litigation & Advisory) Division, New Delhi office.
Eligibility
- Be a CA or LLB and have experience working in Law or Consulting firms (Tier-2/3 firms).
- Have strong communication skills.
- Good command over MS-Office (Word and PowerPoint).
- Have in-depth knowledge of indirect tax law and be very strong in the interpretation of bare law/statutes - Being involved in drafting and finalization of legal replies/SCNs and appeals to be filed under the GST law and other Indirect tax legislations (Customs, Excise, Sales Tax, Service Tax).
- Have strong interpersonal skills – The candidate must have handled representation proceedings before various Indirect tax/GST Dept. authorities.
- Have a positive working attitude and be comfortable with travelling to Client locations and Tax offices.
