Details of the Job/Internship

Tavasya Legal, Advocates & Solicitors is hiring an Associate (3–5 years of experience) for its Noida office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients on various matters.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and manage case files.
• Conduct detailed legal research and analysis.
• Collaborate with internal practice groups to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree (LL.M. or related certifications preferred).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in legal practice.
• Strong understanding of Real Estate, Corporate Transactions, RERA, Consumer Protection, and Negotiable Instruments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience handling clients from varied industries is an advantage.
