Details of the Job/Internship
TBA Legal is hiring an Associate with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience to join its Litigation Team at Jaipur, with immediate joining. The role involves dispute resolution, litigation support, corporate advisory, drafting, court assistance, and client coordination across multiple practice areas.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on case law, statutes, and regulations.
- Draft pleadings, written submissions, procedural applications, case briefs, and notes on judgments.
- Provide corporate law advisory and consultancy, including drafting and vetting contracts, legal opinions, and regulatory compliance support.
- Communicate with clients and keep them updated on case progress and status.
- Assist in case management, including procedural compliance, file organisation, scheduling meetings, and meeting deadlines.
- Assist senior or arguing counsel in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Stay updated with recent legal developments and participate in continuous learning and professional development.
Eligibility
- 2–3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Basic knowledge of the Hindi language for reading, understanding, and writing, with the use of translation tools.
