Details of the Job/Internship

Their Technology-Media-Telecommunications (TMT) team is looking for candidates with 2-5 years PQE in the field, with a good understanding of commercial, intellectual property, technology, and media laws, along with regulatory and policy experience, for their India offices  (Mumbai/Bengaluru/Delhi).

Role and Responsibilities

In this role, apart from legal work and client delivery in areas such as commercial contracts, data protection, cyber security, gaming, digital media, consumer protection, fintech and web3, and AI, you will be expected to closely follow legal developments on emerging and horizon technologies and engage in research and thought leadership initiatives which is the DNA of NDA.

Eligibility

• Candidate should have excellent technical, research, and communication skills.
• Also, the candidate should have strong writing capabilities including published articles/newsletters, etc.
