AQUILAW has a very robust corporate and commercial, real estate, infrastructure and dispute resolution (including arbitration) practice.
Details of the Job/Internship
AQUILAW are currently seeking a Lawyer to join our team, with a focus on criminal law and white-collar practice
Role and Responsibilities
The candidate:
- Should have Experience working with the High Court at Calcutta and lower courts in Calcutta and West Bengal
- Must be proficient and well versed in both English and Bengali
- Must have strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility
3-5 years of post-qualification experience and a strong understanding of criminal laws and white-collar crimes
