The Fort Circle is looking for candidates for the position of Associate.
Eligibility
- 3 yearsr/5 yearsr law degree from a well recognized university in India.
- AIBE cleared or awaiting results.
- 1 yr/2 yrs of post qualification experience as a lawyer with a law firm or an individual practitioner.
- Familiar with dispute resolution basics, especially in relation to courts and tribunals in Mumbai, including the High Court.
- Has appeared independently or as first chair, in judicial or arbitral proceedings - nature of the appearance is not a determining factor.
