The Fort Circle is hiring an Associate for its disputes practice in Mumbai. The role involves managing complex civil and commercial litigation from inception to resolution, including drafting, appearing in court as first chair, and briefing senior advocates in high-stakes matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage complex civil and commercial litigation.
• Draft legal documents and court pleadings.
• Appear in court as first chair.
• Brief senior advocates in high-stakes matters.
• Handle matters before forums across Mumbai and other parts of India.

Eligibility

• Enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa or equivalent state bar.
• 2–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Strong command of first principles in law.

Salary/Stipend
