Details of the Job/Internship
The Law Point is hiring an Associate with experience of 2-3 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handling litigation before NCLT, Bombay High Court, and District Courts.
- Handling commercial disputes and arbitration proceedings.
- Drafting various pleadings, agreements, etc.
- Advising clients on complex legal issues.
Eligibility
PQE: 2-3 years.
