Details of the Job/Internship
The Legist is hiring an Associate to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, notices, petitions, and IP enforcement-related filings.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare case strategies. Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and authorities.
- Collaborate with team members across practice areas to deliver holistic legal solutions.
- Support the firm’s mission of delivering client-centric, results-driven legal services.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree or specialized certifications in IP Law are a plus.
- Licensed to practice law in India.
- Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Courtroom confidence and effective client representation abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
