Details of the Job/Internship
The Legist is hiring for the position of Associate to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, notices, petitions, and IP enforcement filings.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and assist in developing case strategies.
- Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver integrated legal solutions.
- Contribute to our commitment to providing client-focused and results-oriented legal services.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.); Master’s degree or specialization in IP Law is an advantage.
- Licensed to practice law in India.
- Strong skills in legal drafting, research, and analysis.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Confident courtroom presence and client representation abilities.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
