Details of the Job/Internship
The office of Kumar Mihir is hiring an Associate Advocate with 0–2 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on complex issues for Supreme Court and High Court matters.
- Draft legal pleadings, including Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), transfer petitions, and appellate briefs.
- Assist in the preparation of case files and briefs for senior advocates and court hearings.
- Perform court work, including mentioning, filing procedures, and assisting during arguments.
- Handle matters specifically before specialized bodies like APTEL, NCLAT, and NCLT.
Eligibility
- LLB degree from a recognized university.
- 0–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Strong motivation and diligence toward a career in litigation.
- Proficiency in legal research and the ability to produce high-quality drafts.
- Comfort and familiarity with court procedures and appearances.
