Details of the Job/Internship

The Trade and Regulatory Compliance team of Saikrishna & Associates is calling for applicants for the position of an Associate having an experience of 1-2 Years to join their office in Noida. An assessment internship will be carried out for this purpose. Pursuant to the assessment internship, successful candidates will be considered for the position in the team.

Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for applicants are laid down below:
(a) Candidate must already be a law graduate or should be graduating in 2024. Preference will be given to candidates who have 1-2 years of prior work experience.
(b) Please share your CV and a covering letter expressing why you are interested and suitable for the position in the team. (For details on the team please see web-links at the end of the post. Please review these before applying.)
(c) Please share a detailed article, of 5000-8000 words, on any one of the below mentioned topics –
(i) Detailed requirements for an entity that intends to provide/offer “Digital Signature Certificates”, “eSign services” or “electronic signatures” under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
(ii) A detailed list (along with description and analysis) of the various laws and regulations in India relating to blocking, interception, monitoring, decryption, and access of information by relevant authorities.
(iii) A detailed comparison between the provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the (EU) General Data Protection Regulation.
