Details of the Job/Internship
TMGURU LLP is hiring an Associate – Trademark & Copyright Prosecution with 1–2 years of experience to join their office in South Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct public searches and prepare comprehensive reports with opinions.
- Draft and file trademark applications and examination replies.
- Handle oppositions, counterstatements, rectifications, and evidence.
- Draft and file written submissions after show cause hearings.
- Maintain and update the office’s trademark list.
- Brief clients through email on application status.
- Handle miscellaneous litigation work including drafting legal notices, suits, and attending hearings before District Courts, High Court, and NCLT.
- Travel to the Trademark Registry in Dwarka, Delhi, as required.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a recognized university.
- 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in IPR prosecution (preferred).
- Freshers with prior IPR internship experience may also apply.
- Enrollment with the Bar Council of Delhi (AIBE cleared).
- Strong command of English and proficiency in MS Word & Excel.
- Permanent resident of Delhi.
