TPM Consultants is hiring a Legal Associate with prior experience (including internships) in trade remedial measures or a related field to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on trade remedial matters.
• Participate in investigations and prepare draft submissions.
• Handle cases related to anti-dumping, anti-subsidy, and safeguard measures.
• Interact and coordinate with clients.
• Work collaboratively with a team of legal and trade professionals.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
• Strong research and drafting skills.
• Familiarity with international trade laws.
• Prior experience or internship in trade remedial measures or related areas.
