Details of the Job/Internship

Trace Law Partners is looking to hire an Associate with 2–4 years of PQE to join its team in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Working in a fast-paced environment.
• Engaging directly with clients from day one.
• Handling matters relating to data protection, platform liability, AI regulation, gaming, fintech, dispute resolution, and intellectual property.
• Contributing to the development and growth of the firm’s voice.

Eligibility

• 2–4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Prior experience in handling TMT matters, including data protection, platform liability, AI regulation, gaming, fintech, dispute resolution, and intellectual property.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
