Details of the Job/Internship

TM GURU LLP is hiring an Associate for Trademark and Copyright Prosecution Team with experience of 1 to 2 years to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct public searches and prepare comprehensive reports including opinions.
• Draft and file Trademark applications and examination replies.
• Handle oppositions, counterstatements,rectifications, and evidences.
• Draft and file written submissions after show cause hearings.
• Maintain and update the office's trademark list.
• Comfortable commuting to the Trademark Registry in Dwarka, Delhi.

Eligibility

• Must have: A law degree from a recognized university.
• Preferred: 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in IPR Prosecution, especially with an IPR law firm.
• Fresher: Enthusiastic candidates eager to learn IPR laws are also encouraged to apply, though preference will be given to those with practical experience.
• Enrolled with the Bar.
• Strong command of English and proficiency in MS-Word and MS-Excel.

Salary/Stipend
