Masilamani Law Partners is hiring an Associate for their Trademark Department.
Qualification: LLB (3rd or 5th year law course)
The selected candidates will be required to undergo an assessment internship/training period of six months. The assessment internship/training period of six months will be paid (after completion of the degree).
Role and Responsibilities
- The associate will be required to work in the trade mark and copyrights prosecution practice.
- Responsibilities will include handling of trade mark/copyright searches, application drafting and filing, prosecution, oppositions, cancellations, assignment deeds and related matters.
