Details of the Job/Internship

Masilamani Law Partners is hiring Associate for Trademark Department to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• The associate will be required to work in the trade mark and copyrights prosecution practice.
• Responsibilities will include handling of trade mark/copyright searches, application drafting and filing, prosecution, oppositions, cancellations, assignment deeds and related matters.

Eligibility

• LLB (3rd or 5th year law course)

The selected candidates will be required to undergo an assessment internship/training period of six months. The assessment internship/training period of six months will be paid (after completion of the degree).

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
