Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate – General Corporate and TMT with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on M&A, private equity, venture capital, and cross-border transactions.
• Handle TMT regulatory and commercial advisory matters.
• Draft and negotiate technology contracts and transactional documents.
• Conduct due diligence and support transactional execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage client communication.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 1–3 years of experience in general corporate and TMT.
• Strong technical, analytical, and drafting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in coordinated teams.

Salary/Stipend
